Job Summary:
The Capital Markets Analyst will support the Capital Markets team and report directly to the Vice President of Capital Markets. This role will serve as a key liaison between the firm and its investor partners, supporting investor relations efforts through the preparation of accurate, timely, and professional due diligence materials during both pre-closing and post-closing phases. The Analyst will be responsible for completing financial analyses, investor reporting, and ad hoc requests at the direction of the Vice President. This position plays a critical role in coordinating the collection, validation, and communication of information across internal departments, including Risk Management/Underwriting, Asset Management, Development, and Finance, to support capital raising, transaction execution, and ongoing investor reporting.

Develop knowledge of real estate market dynamics, competition, policy development and the LIHTC industry trends.
Represent OCCH by attending industry events.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Urban Planning or related field preferred.
Work Experience:
3 years of direct experience in affordable multifamily housing is preferred but not required.
Preferred prior experience with low-income housing tax credit projects.

Travel – Willing to travel when necessary. Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
